GATOR HOME PROFESSIONALS “GATOR BUCKS” SWEEPSTAKES Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT TO A SALES PRESENTATION TO PARTICIPATE IN OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. PARTICIPATION IN A SALES PRESENTATION OR MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. Gator Home Professionals (“GHP”) will award one (1)Grand Prize at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on January 1, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026. Prize winners will be determined from a random drawing of all eligible entries received. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received. This promotion may be conducted in conjunction with other GHP promotions. Limit one (1) prize per entry. GHP reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.

2. To Enter: You may enter the promotion by calling toll-free 1-888-202-2711. You may also enter by going to WWW.GATORHOMEPROFFESIONALS.COM/SWEEPSTAKES. Alternatively, you may print your name, your complete mailing address, your telephone number with area code, and your e-mail address on a 3” x 5” card, write the words “Gator Home Professionals GATOR BUCKS Sweepstakes” at the top, and mail the card in a #10envelope to Sponsor at the address below. Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026. Mailed entries received after December 31, 2026 shall be deemed late and not eligible. No more than one entry per household is allowed. The address listed on each entry form must be the address where any product will be installed. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. GHP is not responsible for (1) lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries; (2) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information; (3) any human error, technical malfunctions, or lost/delayed data transmission; (4) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software; (5) inability to access any website or online service, or (6) any other error or malfunction. All entries are the exclusive property of the GHP. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of GHP, which are final and binding in all respects. GHP reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at anytime or disqualify any entry in good faith. Entries from this sweepstake will not be carried over to subsequent sweepstakes. In case of an online entry and dispute over a Prize Winner’s identity, entries will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the e-mail account associated with the winning entry. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the winning entry. At GHP’s sole discretion, the entrant may be required to provide proof of ownership of the e-mail account.

3. Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner(s) will receive a GATOR BUCKS Gift Certificate redeemable for a new Gator Home Professionals System up to 900 linear feet in size (the “Grand Prize”). The maximum retail value of the Grand Prize is $22,500. The Grand Prize includes the cost of materials and labor to install a new Gator Home Professionals System but does not include any cost associated with repairing the Prize Winner’s roof, preparing the roof to receive a new Gator Home Professionals System, or other costs or expenses that may arise. If the Prize Winner’s roof exceeds 900 linear feet, any costs associated with installing a Gator Home Professionals System more than 900 linear feet shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Prize Winners. GHP shall be the sole determiner of the linear foot measurement. The Grand Prize is not transferable by Prize Winners and must be installed at the address listed on the winning entry form. Installation must be provided by GHP or GHP’s designee. Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout dates. No substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed unless agreed to by GHP, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole or absolute discretion. Upon installation of the prize, GHP will be deemed to have awarded the prize with the Prize Winners assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Prize Winners must arrange for installation/performance of services no later than one (1) month following the award of the prize and installation/performance of services must occur and be completed within six (6) months of confirmed notification. If the Prize Winner selected is an GHP customer who purchased a Gator Home Professionals System from GHP within the time of this sweepstake between October 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (an “Eligible Purchase”), the Prize Winner will be refunded all amounts paid to GHP as the result of an Eligible Purchase and receive a credit for all amounts owing to GHP because of the Eligible Purchase. However, in no event shall the combined refund and credit exceed the $22,500 maximum retail value of the Grand Prize. If a Prize Winner, after receiving a refund or credit as contemplated herein, still owes GHP a balance for the Eligible Purchase, said balance shall remain due and owing to GHP. Additionally, if after receiving a refund or credit as contemplated herein, the amount paid by the Prize Winner to GHP for an Eligible Purchase exceeds the amount refunded or credited, the excess amount shall not be refunded. The Grand Prize consists solely of those items specifically described herein and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

4. Eligibility: Promotion entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, be permanent legal residents of North Carolina, own the home listed on the entry form, and certify that the home listed on the entry form is the entrant’s primary residence. Additionally, the home listed on the entry form must have an existing roof system and it must be in a suitable condition (as determined by GHP or its designees in GHP’s sole discretion) for installation of the Grand Prize. By way of illustration and not of limitation, the entrant’s roof must be sufficiently sloped, square, flat, free of rot, decay, or mold, and have no structural damage. Any remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as determined by GHP or its designees in GHP’s sole discretion) must be performed at the Prize Winner’s expense prior to installation/performance of services. Owners, officers, and employees of Sponsor, or any GHP affiliated company, or of any of their respective co-branded partners, independent contractors, consultants, advertisers, marketers, promoters, and any of said parties’ immediate family members (including those living in the same household) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
5. Requirements. The Grand Prize Winners agree to allow GHP or its designee to photograph the subject home both before and after installation of the Grand Prize and to participate with GHP in the production of a written and recorded testimonial satisfactory to GHP in GHP’s sole discretion. Acceptance of the Grand Prize shall constitute and signify the Prize Winner’s agreement and consent for GHP and its designees to use his/her name and likeness, address (city and state only), prize information, written and recorded testimonials, and home photographs for promotional purposes in any media now existing or hereinafter devised without additional compensation, notice or approval unless prohibited by law. Acceptance of a prize may require entering a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Acceptance of a prize shall constitute Prize Winner’s acceptance of GHP’s standard installation guidelines.
6. The Drawing: GHP will select one (1) entry form from all eligible entries in a random drawing on or about December 31, 2026, in Garner, North Carolina to determine the Grand Prize Winner(s). Entrants need not be present to win. GHP will notify Prize Winner by e-mail, telephone, or letter. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by GHP or its designee by e-mail or telephone. If a mailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected. If a Prize Winner cannot be notified for any reason beyond the control of GHP, his or her prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Prize Winner. All prizes will be awarded.
7. Affidavit of Eligibility and Release: Each potential Prize Winner may be asked to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Proof of Ownership, Release of Liability, and/or Prize Acceptance Form, as required within the sole discretion of GHP, which must be completed and returned within 10 days from the date of attempted notification, or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Prize Winner selected. Prize Winner must comply with all the requirements of these Official Rules, the instructions in the prize notification correspondence, as well as have met all the eligibility requirements set forth within these Official Rules; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.
8. Liability and Release: All federal, state, and local laws apply. By accepting a prize, each Prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsor and all GHP affiliated companies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, and against any and all liabilities arising in whole or in part from participation in these sweepstakes. Each Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any decision made by GHP in the exercise of its discretion. Sponsor, GHP, and their agents are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the Official Rules, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of prizes. Prize Winners may receive an IRS form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. These sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflicts of law or choice of law principles. Any claims related to or arising out of these sweepstakes can be brought only in the federal or state courts serving Wake County, North Carolina and every participant and Prize Winner consents to jurisdiction in those courts and venue in Wake County, North Carolina.

Winners: For a Prize Winners’ list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following a prize period to: “Gator Home Professionals GATOR BUCKS Sweepstakes, c/o Chico Digital Marketing, Inc., 140 Spaceway Court, Garner, North Carolina, 27529, ATTN: Prize Winners’ List Request,” including a request for the Prize Winners’ names.
